Helping TSB empower customers with an engaging, accessible, helpful fraud prevention website.
Britain’s Local Bank faced a growing challenge: protecting its customers from the rising threat of fraud. With a need to educate and empower their audience, they asked me to craft a comprehensive website that could deliver complex information in a way that felt engaging, relatable, and memorable.
The challenge was to break down dense, technical content into clear, user-friendly language without losing the depth or importance of the message. Working closely with the brand and agency, I ensured every piece of copy balanced clarity with engagement, helping customers stay one step ahead of fraudsters while feeling supported by their bank.
The result was a well-rounded, easy-to-navigate resource that not only informed customers but empowered them to protect themselves. This project showed how great copy can turn crucial, detailed information into something accessible and impactful for everyone.
